TP-1220 STANDARD FORWARD PLATE COMPACTOR

TP-1220 Plate Compactor for dirt and TPA-1220 With Water System for asphalt compacting have a 3.5HP Robin engine on a 12" X 12" plate. The eccentric element produces 2000 lbs .of force impact at 5400 vibrations per minute (VPM) and engine speed of 3150 RPM. Smallest of the plate compactors, ideal for the small contractor to handle all types of small jobs, sidewalks, trenches, brick walls, asphalt walks and pothole patching. Only 122 lbs.

TP-1830 STANDARD FORWARD PLATE COMPACTOR

TP-1830 Plate Compactor for dirt and TPA-1830 With Water System for asphalt compaction. The most popular and versatile of all the plate compactors will handle all types of jobs with speed and effeciency. Both models have a 5HP Robin gasoline engine. Other engines also available. Force impact output 3000 lbs. Picture shows TPA-1830 with a honda engine. TP-1830 comes standard with a Robin engine.

TP-2045 STANDARD FORWARD PLATE COMPACTOR

TP-2045 Plate Compactor with a 20" X 18" plate is the true brute in the plate compactor field. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. VIBCO's Vibratory Pot Hole Packers are an inexpensive solution for patching potholes, repairing asphalt ruptures, and adding asphalt around manholes, utility poles, drainage covers, etc. Vibratory Patch-It Rollers are one of the best, most innovative pothole repair tools to hit the industry in over a decade. It is to be used on high performance cold patch, as well as hot patch. The "one-man" Vibratory Patch-It rollers pack holes densely and tightly with a high PSI compaction which eliminates costly repeat repairs.

VIBCO offers a choice of 3 models. Each a "one-man" operation:

Model DCR-1600 has a 12 Volt DC vibrator with adjustability up to 1600 lbs. of force at 5,000 vibrations per minute with an 8" diameter and 12" long roller. Water tank and sprhkler system is standard on all units and is constructed of corrosion free parts, eliminating clogs and rust in the system. The DCR- 1600 is supplied with a 30 foot cable and receptacle and can easily be hooked up to the utility plug on the truck. Weight 97 lbs.

Model BR-1600 is the same as the DCR- 1600 but is equipped with a 12 Volt battery to be completely independent and portable to the reach of the asphalt truck. Weight 115 lbs.

PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE HELPERS

ASPHALT EDGER, ED-1209

VIBCO's self-propelled vibratory asphalt edger Model ED-1209 is the new addition to VIBCO's Patchmans series of pavement maintenance tools. The edger will save hours making the edge on asphalt driveways and parking lots. The edger plate is formed to make a 45 degree edge. It is self-propelled and the operator need only to guide it along the edge using the adjustable handle. A convenient on-off switch operates the powerful vibrator creating 450 lbs. of force giving the finished edge a tightly packed surface. The vibrator can be either 115 volt line or field generator or 12 volt DC operating from the utility outlet on a truck.

Plate 12" wide X 9" long; Lip at 45 degrees 4" long; vibrator 115 volt 3 amps creating 9000 vibrations per minute and 450 lbs of force; plate weight only 40 lbs.

PLATE COMPACTOR, PM-1012

The Patchman PM-1012 Plate Compactor with a 10" X 10" plate and a 12 volt DC Model DC-700 vibrator (115 volt 1 phase units also available) creating 700 lbs. of adjustable impact force. Ideal for compacting next to foundations, in narrow trenches or other tight spots without contending with dangerous gas fumes. Also ideal for pothole patching in D.O.T. or Public Works use. REVERSIBLE PLATE COMPACTOR, PMR-1212

The Reversible Patchman
PMR-1212 Plate Compactor has a 12" X 12" plate and is equipped with Model DC-1600 12 volt DC vibrator (115 volt single phase also available) creating 1600 lbs. of force. The vibrator is attached to pivot arm; tilting it foward gives foward motion, tilt back for reverse. PMR-1212 has a swing over handle for easy movability. PMR-1212 has the same usage as the PM-1012 with the added feature of foward and reverse motion. It can also be supplied with a pneumatic vibrator. Weight 52 lbs.

MODEL GR-1600

Model GR-1600 is a gasoline operated vibratory roller with a 8" diameter drum and 12" long. For low cost, a 2-1/2 HP Honda engine is standard. A 3-1/2 HP Briggs and Stratton engine is also available. Compaction depth up to 8" with a compaction force of 1,000 lbs. at 6500 vibrations per minute. Water tank is standard. Simple operative handle instantly turns vibration on and off. Weight 98 lbs.
