Ideas for Better Plating with Vibration
VIBCO has designed a special line of electric and pneumatic vibrators for the PC-board industry. Over the years, many vibrators have been used in the PC-board industry with a high failure rate, due to fumes from the bath attacking the vibrator, improper mounting of the vibrator on tanks and racks causing fatigue cracks, overloading the vibrators and |
burning them out or damaging them. Improper use of rubber isolaters inducing air into the bath instead of removing it. All this has added unnessary cost of failures to the PC-boards as well as machinery and labor. Vibco has for this purpose specially designed vibrators and isolation systems to give the customer a product that takes into account the specialty of the application and to give the customer a long equipment life.

Model SPRT-80HD-CE is totally enclosed. Model SPWT-80-CE is is solution tight and specifically developed for the printed circuit industry. These units are completely noiseless. They are continuous duty or can be used for repeated stops and starts. All 115 Volt. The model 2P vibrators are totally enclosed with adjustable eccentrics for different force settings. Oversized bearings and specially treated windings give the units increased safety factor and long life. Available in both 3 phase and single phase. | |

| BVS Series of noiseless turbine vibrators are prelubricated for life, no lubrication is required. Exhaust port is threaded for piping off exhausting air for closed sanitary system. Force, frequency and amplitude is sized for the application. |
