Compressed air turns a specially designed turbine wheel equipped with prelubricated bearings at high speed creating up to 1,000 lbs. of force and a sinusodial wave through form and concrete, removing air in the mix faster, making the concrete stronger giving a blemish-free glass-like surface, eliminating pumping action and poor surface finish obtained by standard reciprocating piston vibrators.
