Concrete Form Vibrators
Wider wedge allows greater vibration transfer and more holding power allowing larger vibrators to be used. This will give you better consolidation of the concrete, better surface finish while using a stiffer mix. The UWF-3 bracket can also be made by yourself. Drawings are available. 

Model SVRWS-4000W is a high frequency air vibrator producing 4000lbs of vibration force at 13500 vibrations per minute. Air consumption 40CFM. Weight 25lbs. 

Model CCW-2000W Silent Turbine Air Vibrator 78db, produces 2000lbs of force at 6000 vibrations per minute. Air consumption 40CFM. Weight 23lbs.

Use a mallet or hammer on the newly designed strike pad to secure wedge in female bracket. (Usually only necessary when female bracket is worn).

For ease of operation, use mallet or hammer on newly designed strike pad to remove wedge if wedged in too far on female UWF-3 Bracket.
