Vibco's Model DC-500 Concrete Pump Vibrator replaces the Bosch Model 18961 at less than 1/2 the cost with the same mounting hole dimension.

The DC-500 is is rubber O-ring sealed for power washdown. It's designed with a completely smooth surface which eliminates most concrete buildup. Double armored housing protects motor parts and withstands rapping with cleaning tools. Cable inlet on bottom of unit eliminates cable hang-up or cable breakage. Cable is also protected by a plastic hose. DC-500 can be supplied both in 12 or 24 volt DC. Mounting hole dimensions, 5" (127mm) X 3'3/4" (95.3mm), RPM max 4000 and 16 amps. Weight is 12lbs (5.45kg). DC 500 is used on the following truck mounted pumps: Thompson-Putzmeister; Schwing America; Reich America; Morgan Mfg.; Teka Concrete Pumps.

Electric: All units 12 or 24 Volt DC sealed to handle the environment. DC-500 is watertight and immersible. All are application proven for quality and long life.

Pneumatic: BV-250, 320 & 380 can all be run off the truck air supply. Units have threaded exhaust for muffler or for connecting a hose to lead off exhausting air. Units need lubrication.

Hydraulic: B-250 & 320 turbine design, discharge is direct to oil resevoir. HLF-700 & 1300 with hydraulic reversible motor connects directly into hydraulic system. Can run clockwise or counter clockwise and can handle reversing the oil fluid flow. For technical data, see our General Catalog.
