SVRWS-4000 High Frequency Pneumatic Vibrator

High slump concrete using SVRWS-4000. High frequency pneumatic vibration was used. VWF- female brackets were welded to form - 2 per form - one low and one high - opposite sides.

SVRF-4000 High Frequency Pneumatic Vibrator

Stiff 0-2" slump concrete would not flow. Two SVRF- 4000 high frequency pneumatic vibrators were put inside distributor cone to make form - 4 SVRWS- 4000 were used 2 - 1/2 way up and 2 - 12" from top opposite each other.

SVRLS-6500 High Frequency Pneumatic Vibrator

8' high concrete pipe uses 2 SVRLS-6500 high frequency pneumatic vibrators. LGI-lug bracket welded to 4" channel stiffener 1/3 from top.

US-1600 High Frequency Electric Vibrator

US-1600 high frequency (page 6) electric vibrator mounted permanently to 4" channel stiffener, making cast in place drainage pipe.

SELECTION OF VIBRATORS

GENERAL RULE OF THUMB FOR MISCELLANEOUS SMALL PIPE FORMS

3-6" Slump (from ready mix truck) - vibrator force needed - same as total weight of concrete and form vibrators to be used. 2P-Line of heavy duty electric vibrators and US-Line, pneumatic type model SVRL, CCL & VS lines.

0-2" Stiff concrete - vibrator force needed 2 times total weight of concrete and form. NOTE: Vibrators must be placed within a 3' radius of each other, high frequency vibrators must be used to make concrete flow and consolidate. Vibrators to be used US-Line of electric pneumatic SVR-Line of high frequency.
