Power 115 volt portable field generator. Simons column forms and job-site plywood forms for canopy. US-900 VIBCO external vibrators with wood form clamps
THE CHALLENGE
Getting architectural finish on exposed columns and canopy.

VIBCO'S SOLUTION
Columns (2' x 2' x 20' high) were vibrated by clamping units to 2 x 4?s and staggering vibrators every two feet on alternating sides. Vibrators on approximately 2 to 3 minutes in each position. Canopy was vibrated every 2' to 3' along outside edge.

THE RESULT
Enough vibration was provided to eliminate hand rubbing! No honeycombs! No papatching! Architectural finish! A great-looking job was obtained quickly and efficiently.
